					<description><![CDATA[We’ve eaten vegan for many years. Everyone asks where we get the protein? But we’ve also learned over the years that the proteins in plants combine with complex carbs to create a complete protein. We have never had a problem, in fact we tent to lean more to the lean side, despite consuming less overall protein. Seems that our friends who overdo the protein have more troubles with health, but that could be a coincidence.
